Nesle In Apartments was built in 1959, in an area then known as "The Loop", where the streetcar had, until recently, made broad turns in service to the Twin Cities. Today this area is known as Linden Hills.

George and Florence Nielsen, looking for a property that they could own, personalize and offer as quality rental in a young, developing neighborhood, purchased the building in 1960 and it has been in the Nielsen family ever since.

Today, George and Florence's son, Wayne Nielsen continues the family tradition of quality, continuous improvements and a great living experience in what has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Twin Cities.
